Machining, printing, pressure lamination, adhesive application, and inspection criteria are aligned early. This ensures cosmetic consistency, dimensional accuracy, and repeatable outcomes from prototype through production.
Production methods are selected to prioritise control and repeatability over raw throughput, supporting low-volume, high-mix programmes where variation and late-stage correction are not acceptable.
